Cancellation Policy

Because California Cat Kitchen ships fresh frozen cat food, orders are packed with dry ice shortly before they leave our kitchen. Once an order has been packed or is in transit, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Orders placed before Monday at 9am PT are scheduled to ship on Monday. If we have an unusually large shipping day, your order may ship on Tuesday instead.

Orders placed after Monday at 9am PT and before Tuesday at 6am PT are scheduled to ship on Tuesday.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us before the morning your order is scheduled to ship. For Monday shipments, please contact us before Monday at 9am PT. For Tuesday shipments, please contact us before Tuesday at 6am PT.

After those cutoffs, changes may not be possible because your order may already be packed or on its way.
