Shipping Policy
California Cat Kitchen ships fresh frozen cat food in insulated packaging with dry ice, so your order arrives cold and ready to defrost and serve.
We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you placed your order before Monday morning at 9am PT, it will be scheduled to ship on Monday. If we have an unusually large shipping day on a given Monday, your order may ship on Tuesday instead. If you place your order on a Monday after 9am but before Tuesday at 6am, it will be scheduled to ship the following day (on Tuesday). If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us before the morning your order is scheduled to ship. After that point, changes may not be possible because your order may already be packed or in transit.
Your food should arrive obviously cold to the touch, even if some thawing has occurred. If your order does not feel cold when it arrives, or if anything looks damaged or wrong, please contact us immediately so we can help.
If we determine that a shipping issue, damaged item, or temperature problem occurred, we may offer a replacement or refund. Replacements ship on the next available Tuesday shipping day. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
