The California Cat Kitchen Picky Cat Guarantee is designed to help first-time customers try our Sampler Pack with confidence.
Cats can be particular. That is why the Sampler Pack includes all 4 food options: both recipes, in both textures.

If your cat does not eat at least one of the 4 options after a fair trial, we will refund the eligible sampler order, minus the shipping charge, subject to the terms below.
Eligible Products
The Picky Cat Guarantee applies only to the California Cat Kitchen Sampler Pack.
To qualify, the order must contain the Sampler Pack only. Orders that include individual recipes, subscription items, repeat orders, or any other products are not eligible for this guarantee.
The guarantee applies only to orders placed directly through California Cat Kitchen.
How to Test the Sampler
To qualify for the guarantee, all 4 options in the Sampler Pack must be offered to your cat.
Each option must be offered at least twice. Each time, the food should be fully defrosted and lightly fluffed with a fork before serving.
This gives each recipe and texture a fair chance, especially for cats trying fresh food for the first time.
What “Eats” Means
For purposes of this guarantee, “eats” means that your cat voluntarily eats a small serving of at least one recipe and texture.
Sniffing the food, licking it once, or tasting a crumb does not qualify as eating.
If your cat voluntarily eats a small serving of any one of the 4 options, the Sampler Pack is considered accepted and the order is not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested only if your cat refuses all 4 options after each option has been offered at least twice as described above.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the Sampler Pack, minus the shipping charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the Picky Cat Guarantee, email support@californiacatkitchen.com within 14 days of delivery.

A brief note describing how your cat behaved with each of the 4 options. Did they take a bite and walk away without returning? Did they sniff the food and refuse to touch it? Was there any difference with any of the recipes?
We may ask for additional information before approving a refund.
Limitations
The Picky Cat Guarantee is limited to one refund per household.
The guarantee is intended for good-faith trial purchases by real customers testing the Sampler Pack with their own cat.
California Cat Kitchen reserves the right to deny any guarantee request that we believe, in our reasonable discretion, was not made in good faith. This may include suspected fraud, false or misleading refund requests, coordinated refund activity, purchases made for resale, unusually high claim patterns, duplicate household claims, or requests where the Sampler Pack does not appear to have been offered to the cat as described in this policy.
California Cat Kitchen also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Picky Cat Guarantee at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases only, unless otherwise required by law.
